01 / Scope and eligibility
This draft describes the intended privacy practices for Kevio, an app for adults aged 18 and over. The intended collection scope is limited to a user ID, coin information, and subscription information.
02 / Information within the collection scope
- User ID: an app-specific identifier used to associate purchase-related records.
- Coin information: coin balance and records of coin purchases, credits, and use.
- Subscription information: subscription product, transaction reference, status, and applicable start, renewal, or expiry dates.
These records are intended to support purchase delivery, balance management, entitlement verification, and resolution of purchase issues.
03 / Information kept on your device
Under the intended model, conversations, selected images, favorites, avatar preferences, and other app content remain on your phone for local use. They are not collected or transmitted by Kevio. This model does not include advertising tracking, behavioral analytics, location collection, or uploading your contacts.
Device backup settings are controlled by you and your operating system. A device backup may retain local app data according to those settings.
04 / Purchases and service providers
Apple processes App Store payments under its own privacy terms. Kevio does not receive full payment-card details. Only the user ID and relevant coin or subscription records may be handled by providers needed to deliver and verify purchases, or disclosed when legally required. These records are not sold or used for targeted advertising.
05 / Retention, security, and choices
Purchase-related records should be kept only for as long as needed to provide the purchased service, resolve transactions, or meet applicable legal obligations. Access should be limited to authorized processing, with appropriate safeguards.
You can manage local content through the app’s available deletion controls. Deleting app data may remove local balances, unlocked backgrounds, or progress; it does not cancel an Apple subscription. You may request access, correction, or deletion of purchase-related information using the contact below, subject to applicable law.
06 / Adults only
Kevio is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe an underage person has used the app or provided information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
07 / Contact and policy updates
For privacy questions or requests, contact karang30@icloud.com. If you contact us, the message and your chosen contact details are handled to respond to your request; this is separate from automatic collection within the app.
The effective policy will identify its update date. Material changes must be reflected in the policy and, where required, communicated before the changed processing begins.
