These Terms of Use apply to Kevio. By using the app, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
02 / Virtual character experiences
Kevio provides virtual AI character conversations, creative interactions, chat backgrounds, and a casual serve challenge. Characters are fictional. Generated responses may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose and should not be relied on as professional advice.
03 / Responsible use
Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit illegal content, exploitative material, threats, or content that infringes another person’s privacy or intellectual property. Only share images and other content you have the right to use.
Do not interfere with the service, misuse purchase systems, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or a legal requirement, without removing any non-waivable consumer rights.
04 / Coins and subscriptions
Some actions use coins. The app should disclose the applicable coin cost before confirmation. Coins are for eligible features within Kevio and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash. A subscription includes only the benefits expressly disclosed for that product; it does not automatically include coins or every paid feature.
Where paid products are offered, the Apple purchase confirmation and the disclosed product terms identify the applicable price, currency, duration, and renewal terms. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled under Apple’s process and applicable law. Deleting app data does not cancel a subscription.
05 / Content and local data
You retain the rights you hold in your submitted content. The app, its brand, and its original assets remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Manage local content carefully: clearing data can remove conversations, preferences, or locally recorded progress.
06 / Availability and your rights
Features may be updated to maintain the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your applicable statutory consumer rights.
